Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON MADE TO ORDER & BRIDESMAID ITEMS AS THESE ORDERS ARE INDIVIDUALLY MADE JUST FOR YOU.  The below return policy applies to items in stock at time of order

  • Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not provide a refund if you change your mind. If you item does not fit or the size is incorrect we will exchange the size or alternately you can choose another style/item. 
  • Exchanges must be returned and exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy
  • The original receipt must be provided for ANY returned garments as proof of purchase
  • If you have a return please email us at shop@evolutionclothing.co.nz for a returns form, duly complete, and return to us the product to the following address.

Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE ALL BRIDESMAID MADE TO ORDER DRESSES WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 8-14 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM MADE ORDERS AS THESE ORDERS ARE INDIVIDUALLY MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU


We ship all parcels via courier. We aim to send all orders within 5 business days of receipt of payment, at which time you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been dispatched

You should then allow for up to 3 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that during peak seasonal periods delivery time frames are longer (particularly the November/December Christmas period)

 

Shipping Costs

We charge $30NZ per delivery address for all "Made To Order" items.  This includes international addresses


For items in stock the shipping fee is $7 (this excludes made to order and bridesmaid items)


Once payment is received and confirmed, your order is sent to the warehouse for picking and packing within 5 business days.
Once your order has been picked, packed and labelled, the courier will collect your parcel for delivery


Couriers takes 1-2 days to deliver to major metropolitan areas. However services times may varying between 1 and 10 days.


All made to order and bridesmaid items take approximately 8-14 weeks for deliveries. This is an approximate guideline and delivery times may vary depending on our production schedule and all orders will be sent to direct from our factory via DHL 
 

Duties & Taxes

You are liable for any international import duties, customs & local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to

These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on arrival into your country and Evolution Clothing Limited takes no responsibility for these charges

 

Stock Control

We make every effort to ensure that all products ordered are in stock. Our inventory is checked daily for out of stock or limited quantity items. Out of stock item are quickly removed from the web site, giving you the most up-to-date information

In some cases, it may be possible that an item that was in stock when you placed your order may be out of stock by the time your order is processed. In these cases, you will be notified via e-mail by a customer service representative and given the option of waiting for the back-ordered stock or being given a full refund
